Mayor Roma swore in the newly appointed Sergeant Daniel Altman while his wife held the Bible. Mayor congratulated Sergeant and wished him well. Chief Tapp gave a brief bio of Sgt. Altman from his start time to the Detective Bureau and to his well deserved promotion to Sergeant.
