Appoints with Council approval except for appointments to the Planning Board. Under the Borough form of Government, the Mayor Acts as the Chief Executive Officer and as liaison to Public Safety (Police, Fire, First Aid, Emergency Management) and can declare a state of emergency. The Mayor sits as honorary chairperson of all committees.
