With the proliferation of real name fraud, unsolicited mail offerings and unsolicited telemarketing, the following information is provided for your safety and convenience:
PRE-APPROVED OFFERS OF CREDIT:
To have your name removed from PRE-APPROVED OFFERS OF CREDIT lists provided by Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, call 888-567-8688. This will reduce the amount of unsolicited mail offers of credit that you receive.
TELEMARKETING FIRMS:
To have your name and phone number removed from lists provided to TELEMARKETING FIRMS, you must make your request in writing. Your request must contain your name, any other names you use or have used (Miss Jane Smith, Mrs. Jane Smith, Ms. Jane Smith, etc.), address and telephone number.
