FIRE PROTECTION SUB CODE OFFICIAL
BOROUGH OF BEACHWOOD - PART TIME

The Borough of Beachwood is seeking a part-time Fire Protection Sub-Code Official to work approximately 7-14 hours a week. Applicant must possess a current Fire Protection Sub- Code Official license, a valid Fire Protection Inspector license HHS issued by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Preference will be given to qualified Beachwood resident or qualified applicant possessing multiple valid sub-code official licenses and technical licenses of the appropriate level (HHS, ICS, RCS), and must possess a valid current New Jersey driver's license to perform essential duties in the position.

BOROUGH ADMINISTRATOR - BOROUGH OF BEACHWOOD

BOROUGH ADMINISTRATOR - BOROUGH OF BEACHWOOD, Ocean County is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Borough Administrator. Applicants should meet the following requirements: Knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining agreements, Knowledge of PERC Laws rules and regulations, Knowledge of NJ Department of Personnel laws and regulations, Knowledge and preparation of Municipal Budgets. Possession of a CPWM certification, or willingness to acquire one. Preferred consideration will be given to applicants who meet the following: Qualifications with special reference to actual training in governmental affairs, education, experience and training as evidenced by a degree, from a recognized four year college, in public administration, business administration or a related field and by actual experience as a municipal administrator, assistant administrator or other comparable position. Salary commensurate with experience.
